We’re Marcy and Sean Reneau, a husband-and-wife team who didn’t just choose Arizona—we fell in love with it. What started as a plan for a second home quickly became a permanent move in 2017, and we haven’t looked back. We get it—yes, summers are hot, but the rest of the year is absolute magic.

Marcy’s real estate journey started in 2020 when friends kept asking for Arizona agent referrals. Instead of sending them elsewhere, she got her license and started helping people herself. A few years in, she needed backup, so Sean stepped in, and AZ Reneau Group was born.

We’re all about serious fun—dedicated to making your buying or selling experience as smooth as possible while keeping things light and enjoyable. Our approach is simple: we care. We take the time to understand your needs, build relationships, and guide you through the process stress-free.

When we’re not helping clients find their dream homes, Marcy is busy giving back—serving on multiple boards in our Westbrook Village community—while Sean keeps busy working, cooking, or hitting the range (golf and shooting). But our favorite thing? Spending time with our kids and grandkids (yes, we started our family early!).
